Chemosynthesis
Chemosynthesis line means cleaning the lubricating oil & anti-oxidative grease adhered to the surface when rolling the panels, and other depositing impurities such as silicon, magnesium, and copper. We choose high quality chemical materials and advanced technology from German Kenkle Co., Ltd to have a chemosynthesis dealing with aluminum rolls’ surface, which causes a honeycomb oxidative involucrum with compact structure to form. With quite strong adhesive power and functioning as an agent, this involucrum makes the aluminum rolls and oil paint combine with each other closely. |

Coating
Coating line means coating chemisynthesized aluminum rolls with various oil paints in terms of the needs of customers. We adopt advanced exquisite three-roller reversal coating machine introduced from developed countries to coat in an closed and dustless environment, which can bring coating thickness and quality of exterior appearance under control.
We divide the oven into four temperature-controlled areas to make sure the coating reaches its best condition in features of solvent resistance, hardness, flexibility, glossiness, adhesive force, and corrosion resistance. |

Composite
Composite line is the key equipment of producing aluminum panels, whose function is to make aluminum material, PE core and polymer film adhere to each other firmly under high heat and high pressure to form a smooth panel surface.
